We had brought our 19 month old here for the first time and it was such a welcoming environment! The front counter lady was just so sweet. Unfortunately our son was just so upset and was not feeling a haircut. He cried so hard and it made it tough for the girl to trim his hair but she did such a good job. I can’t remember her name but she was wonderful. She was SO patient and treated him no different because of how unsettled he was. We will definitely be back and hopefully next time he is happier!
